Free Starter Kit · PDF + Word

Too busy to figure out AI and not sure what’s safe to use at work?

You’re in the right place.

  • A free kit to build your Chief of Staff
  • Safety first: built on your company’s approved AI
  • No data comes to us: we never see your work
  • Nothing is sent without you
Start with a 15-minute first step. Step 0 checks what your AI can reach, then looks for the one pattern costing you most.
A 53-second look at a working day once the kit is set up. Amara Ellis is a fictional Director of Ambulatory Operations; every name and number is invented.

Illustrative, fictional example with no sound. At 7:10am a pile of messages builds up. They settle into a Morning Stride with today’s top three. A reply is drafted in her voice, and she reviews it and sends it herself. Her Stridelle Board shows her priorities, My Numbers and Hurdles. At 4:30 the Cool-down catches a training date that clashes with two new starters. Her note of where she left off carries into the next morning. Then her Win Log and Big Meeting Brief, the gaps her First Catch found, and the Get Ahead list that starts her first project, all from one free kit.

Is it safe to use at work?

Built to stay inside your company’s rules.

Stridelle isn’t an AI tool. There’s nothing to log in to and nothing to install. It’s a free guide for the AI you already have.

Only your company’s approved AI

Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Slack AI or another tool your company approves. No personal accounts.

We never see your work

Everything stays inside your company’s tools, and nothing comes back to us. The kit keeps health, pay, HR and personal details off every page.

Your AI drafts. You send.

Nothing is sent, posted or replied to for you. You review every draft.

Your company’s rules come first

The kit starts by asking you to check your company’s AI policy. Then Step 0 tests what your tool can actually reach.

A few good questions

Before you begin.

Is this allowed at my company?

Check your company’s AI policy before you begin. Use only an approved tool and only the information your policy allows. If you’re unsure, ask the right person at work first.

Do you see my data?

No. You use the kit inside your approved AI. Stridelle doesn’t receive your work pages or connect to your company accounts through the kit. Don’t send work content in a form or email reply. Your AI provider’s terms and your company’s rules still apply.

Which AI tools can I use?

A conversational AI tool your company approves, such as Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude or Slack AI. Capabilities vary by account, so Step 0 checks what your tool can actually read, create, remember and schedule. If it can’t schedule, you use calendar reminders instead. Don’t connect an unapproved personal account.

How long does it take?

About 2½ hours in total for ten steps, at your own pace. Step 0 takes about 15 minutes and gives you your First Catch. You don’t need to finish in one sitting.

Is it really free?

Yes. The Starter Kit is free. You use the AI your company already provides; the kit doesn’t include an AI account. Share the blank kit or website link person to person so each woman can build her own setup.

Pass the baton

Good things are worth passing on.

When it’s working for you, send a colleague to stridelle.com. Share the link or the blank kit, never your own pages. Each woman sets up her own, in her own approved AI. Keep it person to person, outside company channels and groups.

Copy-ready message · Replace [our AI tool] before sending. Use this only if it reflects your own experience.
