Stridelle Privacy Notice
Effective date: October 30, 2026 Who we are: Stridelle LLC ("Stridelle", "we"). Contact: hello@stridelle.com
Stridelle gives you a free Starter Kit to set up an AI chief of staff inside the AI tool your company already approves. You do that work in your own AI tool. This notice covers the small amount of information we collect on stridelle.com and by email.
The short version
- We collect your first name and email so we can send you the kit, plus a few optional details you choose to give us.
- We never collect your work. Your kit pages, messages, documents and company information stay in your own AI tool. Please don't send them to us.
- We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
- You can unsubscribe at any time and ask us to delete your information.
What we collect
When you get the Starter Kit:
- Your first name and personal email address (required).
- Which AI tool your company approves, if you choose to tell us. (Earlier versions of the form also asked for your role and function.)
- Who passed the kit on to you: either the pass-on code in the link you used, or a first name or nickname you type in.
- Your own pass-on code: a seven-character code we generate from your email address with a private key, so we can count how many women you pass the kit on to. We send your personal pass-on link by email and never show it on the website.
- Which link brought you to the site (for example, LinkedIn or email), if the link says so.
- Which emails you agreed to receive, and when.
When you answer a check-in email: the button you tap (for example, which step you've reached). We don't ask for written replies, and please don't send work content if you reply. We don't track whether you open our emails. Our email provider, MailerLite, records which links in our emails are clicked, and we only look at those as totals, to learn which emails help.
When you visit stridelle.com: the companies that host and protect our website receive standard technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address and browser type. If we turn on website analytics, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
What we don't collect: your work, your AI pages or chats, your company's information, payment details, or information from advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To send you the Starter Kit and its updates.
- To send the emails you chose: up to three short check-ins (after 3 days, 2 weeks and 6 weeks) and, if you opted in, our weekly tips email: one new tip for your AI every Monday, plus occasional Stridelle updates.
- To count women who've started and kits passed on, and to show those totals on our website. We only ever show totals, never names or details about anyone.
- To understand which steps help and which need work, so we can improve the kit.
- To keep the website secure.
Getting the kit doesn't sign you up for check-ins or the weekly tips email. Those are separate choices, and you can change your mind at any time.
Your pass-on code
When you pass the kit on with your personal link, the woman who signs up through it is linked to your code. We use this only to count passes and, in future, to thank you for them. The count is our best effort, not a guaranteed exact figure. We never show her your details or show you hers.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that run Stridelle for us:
- MailerLite, which stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Netlify, which hosts and runs stridelle.com, and Cloudflare, which provides its DNS service.
They may only use your information to provide their services to us. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're on our list. If you ask us to delete it, we'll do so within 30 days. If you unsubscribe, we keep your record marked as unsubscribed, so we never email you again by mistake. If you'd like it removed completely, ask us to delete it.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email. If you unsubscribed before, signing up again won't resubscribe you; email hello@stridelle.com and we'll help you rejoin.
- See, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@stridelle.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
- If you're in the UK or EU: we rely on your consent for the check-in and weekly tips emails, on delivering what you asked for when we send the kit, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and counting totals. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
- If you're in California: we don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it.
- Do Not Track: we don't track you across other websites, so a Do Not Track setting doesn't change anything we do.
